In the areas that we service, we offer both Engineer Certified and Non-Certified structures up to 24' wide. All units over 24' wide are Engineer Certified. In some areas, the local permitting requires that units are Engineer Certified. If your area requires that you have a building permit. then the purchase of and Engineer Certified unit is required. A small down payment is all it takes to get your order started and you don't pay the balance until your unit is installed. We also offer financing and Rent-to-Own programs. It's simple, it's easy, and we'll help you with any questions that you might have.
